About Us

Archery Dordogne was set up in 2017 by Ian and Cathy Hendy. Ian has been teaching archery and air rifle shooting to beginners for over 15 years and has a wealth of experience with family groups, corporate events and weddings etc. The activities take place at their house, Lafont which is only 5 minutes’ drive from the village of Verteillac. A mobile service is also available and all the equipment can be brought to a venue of your choice by prior arrangement.

We can come to you!

If you have a suitable venue we can come to you for  private one-off or regular events, shows, weddings and parties etc.

Suitable for all age groups!

We do not have a strict minimum age policy but as a guide we would say 8 years and above depending on physical ability. For those younger children who perhaps might not be strong enough, Ian will assist them and give them a couple of shots free of charge!

Air Rifle Target Shooting

As well as Target Archery we also offer Air Rifle Target Shooting and you can combine both activities in one session.
